Here if we are not using their material, ppts or videos and we are also declaring that it is based on the particular book?

Why you are able to conduct a training programme on some book? You are able to do it because it has valuable contents. These contents when disseminated in organised manner will benefit section of the society. Nevertheless, while disseminating the contents, if you are earning money then this dissemination of contents becomes purely for commercial reasons.
Authors write the books to provide knowledge and information for students as well as professionals. Both can study the book to enhance their knowledge. Getting pecuniary benefits by implementing this knowledge is one thing and directly disseminating the contents to earn money is another. Therefore, it is violation of copy writes.
Writing book is not that easy. To write a book, authors invest their time and money in doing some research. While they do earn the money when each unit is sold out, nevertheless, their zeal of research or zeal to uncover the hidden truth of the nature is another. Let us respect their passion.
Copy write laws are not that strict in India. Otherwise, for plagiarism or piracy, the punishment is stricter in western countries. I recommend you obtaining official permission to conduct a programme. If you know a agency that conducts the training programme on this book then it is better to obtain the official permission by paying requisite fee.

For example, I wrote a few chapters for Managing Total Quality book written by Dr. Hubert Rampersad. For that, I borrowed quite a bit of graphs and displays from various sources. I wrote to the publishers and they granted permission without any problem.

Thanks a lot for valuable advice Dinesh. The presentation is based on a book but content and name is not same also the content is changed. Its a "Lear and Share " initiative kind of a thing. Internal in the organization not for earning commercial benefits.
