We are a manufacturing unit having operations Pan India and abroad. We run our Corporate office from Kolkata .It is an eight Storied building wholly owned by the Company.The Management is planning to open a Canteen for its staff's.We have applied for NOC from the Fire Department.What are the provisions, do we require Fire Licence from Fire & emergency Services Department, Govt. of West Bengal . Need your valueable advice regarding the issue please.

If it is 8 storied building, fire fighting arrangements must be in place and the installed system is approved by TAC (Tarif Advisory Committee).
For fire safety regulations, refer the bye laws.
