Modern HR systems are not just meant for Industry. Its time GoI and all State Govts adopt Modern HR systems and dovetail them with basics of Sanatana Dharma. As an Employer of all Govt Servants in India the President of India must play an active role in this. In fact the Govt India must be a role model for HR systems for the States and the Industry. It must be the best Employer in the Country and serve as a model worth emulating.
