whenever i have doubt i just came at this place and get solution instantly. same thing happened again with me, generally i use search tool for making any queries.
these days i am handling training and development program in my Company, now its time to present my report to management that what i have done in last quarter for employee.
i have mentioned something in my slight like below.
Training Man hour
Training Plan VS Execution
Number of Participant with teamwise
budget expenses Vs budget allotted.
what else i can add in my presentation, could you please give me some ideas for that. it will be very useful for me and it will be great help if anyone will share some sample report for same.
i am also looking for some workshop where anyone can train us for data management on excel or any other program is going on for data management please let me know. i will be very happy. :)

You have written your query about training, In your post, you have also mentioned what you would like to propose to your management. Nevertheless, in your training's recipe, the salt is missing.
The essence of any business activity lies in measurement and training is no exception. Therefore, why there is no mention of training effectiveness in your post?
