Dear Sender
You are aware that getting any jobs in bank (nationalised) is not very easy. For which you have to write exams conducted by BRB.
Indeed, experience in call centres and BPO are not considered as exp. when you apply for new jobs
You can keep trying for outside jobs and sooner you will get a suitable job for you.
All the best

Dear Ruchi,
Hi, I am a Clinical Psychologist and besides training and counselling I give career guidance to students as well as corporate.
I want to share with you that today I was with a 35 plus lady who has a great portfolio and has worked with some of the biggest name in the industry. She is a manager and after turning away from her original specialisation has spent 8 yrs in the BPO industry. However she is not happy and is seeking for a change.
I would recommend that even if the salaries are not high to begin with in the banking sector, you shall soon prove yourself and reach there. But if you continue in the call centre, the growth pattern is poor and at times it gets too late.
You need to take a call.

hi Ruchi,
as said by salma,do take a plunge rather than prolonging the decision, you can try with recruitment firms where they initially hire candidates with no experience with a scertain amount of experience look for a better opening armed with an MBA it shouldn't
