Look before you get into anything you should ask anyone you talk to for their clients referrals. And make sure they are non desi, cause you know how we Indians like to make up things to get new clients or investors. We work on the Jugad system. And this is why 99% of the calls I make to new prospects tell me that the Indian RPO providers have failed them in the past so they don't want to outsource their business. It is sad that people are here to just make a few quick bucks. They are ruining the name of our industry. So before you jump the gun and pull the trigger on someone saying that they are the best, speak to at least 5 of their non desi clients also you would want linkedin profiles along with websites to all their clients with local and non local addresses with phone numbers.
