Pl take the help of the 'RESEARCH' facility @ the top of this page--you will find MANY HR Formats & Policy frameworks to act as your guide/foundation in building-up your new company's HR policies.
If you still need any SPECIFIC help reg any policy, you have the CiteHR members anyway--but suggest FIRST work it out @ your end.
