In that case, you have to click on forget password option, there you have to click no on asking for OTP.
then after feed his detail as per epf record and aadhar or PAN detail .
you can change password by following this case.
you may ask if face any difficulty.

As per the process you told i tried to do the same
After asking for no OTP I had feel up his detail as per epf record but still getting an error (The above information provided is not matching with the information available in the system. Kindly contact to EPFO Office)

Dear Imran His Aadhaar is not link to EPF Account So in this case what is the other option ? Does employer login have the option to change mobile number? Regards Priya
