Hi Team, There are new changes in my company related to the pay cycle, earlier it was 1-30th now this is changing to 25-24th. Can anyone please share any letter format or mail format to inform employees? Due to these new changes employees will get 5 days less salary.

Salary pay cycle is for the convenience of processing the salary and crediting salary at early date ( at start of month).
25th - 24th pay cycle doesn't mean that employee will get less salary. Employee will continue to get full month salary only. The only difference is that any leave/ lwp availed by employee after salary cut off date will be reflecting in the next salary cycle.
