Dear Friends!!!!!
My name is aishwariya i was worked with one Private concern (LTD Consultant) Period time : Apr 1st 2011 to Nov 2011
in this period the company has deducted PF amount in my salary. Pf account is handle by my head office which located in Calcutta , Pf account number is deal with west Bengal code but i am worked in Chennai. Due to some reason i was quiet the job without any prior information to the company and iam not able to withdraw the PF amount from my company and Aug 2012 i have joined in new concern here i am not eligibility for PF deduction/benefit My doubt here is whether the Pf amount which is deducted in previous company can be transferable to another concern after 1 or more than a year also if it is a West Bengal Pf account number. Can any one help to get the idea and solve the problem My EmailId: aishwariya1988@sify.com & aishwariyaraji2009@gmail.com
Iam awaiting for your favorable reply inthis case. Regards: Aishwariya

Hi Aishwarya Yes you can. But make sure as you will try to claim or transfer before 2 years from the last amount deposited to your account.

Hi Aish
As per your query i understand that in existing company you don't have PF. Then you cannot transfer.
It's better to Claim. Fill attached 19 & 10C forms and send it to your previous employer.
If you feel that they will not help then get the signature of Gazzeted officer where ever there is Employer Signature and send it to Regional PF office. Below mentioned is the PF office address & Contact No....
Bhavishyanidhi Bhawan,
Sector-II, Salt Lake City,
Near Karunamoyee Bus Stop,
Kolkata –700 091 (West Bengal).
