Hello Shivani...I really appreciate your decision but before starting any business you need to have good expereince and network in the respective field. One should understand "in and out" of Recruitment. With out that knowledge it is very difficult to compete in this field.

Great, truely appreciating your confidence level. Would like to know your initial step...so that we will try to give you some input accordingly.
On Sourcing front...you can get the profiles through job boards, linkedin, silicon network, headhunting (target the companies and pouch the right fit) etc...also would to know the requirement that you are going to start with, will let you know the candidate pool.
