ESIC REGISTRATION - unable to open the link 12(b) and give name /father's name/age and address

Dear Sir, I am unable to open the link 12(b) and give name /father's name/age and address of principal employer under Fact/Estt Details in FORM01 for ESI registration though in my system pop up turn on. Please guide me is there any issue
