You may cover the following points in Trainee Policy
1)Tenure of training period for Trainees
2) Increase in salary after 6 months / one year training period
3) Benefits applicability for Trainees
4) Leave eligibility for Trainees
5) Amount of compensation or extended notice period in case of resignation before the completion of training period.
6) Exceptions for Female Trainees to resign in case of Marriage in the middle of Trainee period on relocation grounds.
