Worry?
There are only two things in life to worry about:
Whether you are well
or whether you are sick.
If you are well,
then there is nothing to worry about.
But if you are sick,
there are only two things to worry about:
Whether you are going to get well
or whether you are going to die.
If you get well,
then there is nothing to worry about.
But if you die,
there are only two things to worry about:
Whether you are going to go to heaven
or whether you are going to go to hell.
If you go to heaven,
then you have nothing to worry about.
But if you go to hell,
you'll be so busy shaking hands with all your friends,
that you won't have time to worry!
So, Why Worry?

Be Happy
:D keep smiling everyone

M. Scott Peck:

The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.

Rumi:

Let the lover be disgraceful, crazy, absent-minded.

Someone sober will worry about events going badly.

Let the lover be.

Stanley C. Allyn:

There is no use worrying about things over which you have no control, and if you have control, you can do something about them instead of worrying.

Worry gives a small thing a big shadow.

Drag your thoughts away from your troubles... by the ears, by the heels, or any other way you can manage it. ~Mark Twain

Do not anticipate trouble or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight. ~Benjamin Franklin

If you can't sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying. It's the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. ~Dale Carnegie

Dear sunayna,
I think modern woman(wo+man as well as man) is addicted to worrying. So I think hardly any one is going to listen you as hardly any one listens when I say "Life as a challenge cross it and life as a bed of roses explore it".
I think, therefore, addiction to worrying is realty.

About Worry
A man was pacing back and forth across the floor. His wife entered the room and asked, "Honey, what are you doing pacing like that ?"
"Well, tomorrow my note at the bank is due for $50,000," says the man.
The wife left him pacing, but returned a short while later and said, "Are you still pacing? What are you doing that for?"
Patiently, he replied, "I told you. Tomorrow the note for $50,000 is due to my banker."
"Oh, sweetheart, "she replied, "Come to bed. Let him pace."

Namaskar sunayna ji. It is a nice joke but shaing worry does not reduce it rather it enhaces. Worry of the level described in the joke is free floating and needs practice of appropriateness. regards
