I thought this over, before writing. (we are across the globe, anyhow, gotta think of 1 thing most people have trouble with, and always a problem)
How many times you find workers going through company policies, which are dead boring, written in law language, which is mostly hard for normal people to handle?.
I turn them into simple how to in words/or ppt;when training my 30 odd partimers in running multinational projects.
But there's one I liked the most, a beautiful 1 piece power point, to attract staff attention on company's vision/mission/values. I learned how to prepare killer power point presentation through this kind lady.
Unfortunately, I cant attach it here.
You will find many important documents, that many people have problem with. Start with the ones that have the most problem in understanding,or the ones staff always claimed did not come across. No one will have excuses, at least, anymore.
That's one.

No Sathya.
I am just a graduate from the real life academy.
(an soon to complete MBA :) )
I dont believe in multi level marketing.
And I believe, there are 2 types of philosopher/motivator. 1 who speaks from their real life experience, another who speaks from other's real life experience. Nothing beats originality!
Cheers:-D
