Hi everyone,
Could someone be so kind to help understand below part of the internal recruitment policy?
"Employee is eligible to apply for other roles internally (locally) after 6 months of being in their current position post-probation period"
Would you say this means an employee is allowed to apply for other roles after 6 months (in total) of being in a current role, or 6 months after the probation period ends (so in total after 9 months if the probation period is 3 months)?
Thank you in advance.

It means if your probation is 3 months, only after 9 months you can apply for internal jobs.
Remember that its 6 months in a current position. Probation may not be in the same post and there may be cases of employee shifted by the management for its own reasons. You need 6 months in that position when not in probation
