When New Employee Joines following formalities needs to be completed.
He should be given his Appointment Letter.
Needs to fill PF & other forms (Mediclaim.Dealth Relief form,IT Access form,Insurance form,Bank Opening account).
He should be given a Handbook for Principles for Conducts & Actions.
Standard Terms & Conditions.
Detail Induction Program.
