Dear Ashok,
It's not a simple project Ashok, if you should to know the purpose of accident Prevention Plan. In our projects we should submit the APP's to US government prior to start project i did more than 23 APP's for our company. Already you got template through Citehr EHS forum. What i suggest to you try to prepare yourself with help of that template then come to us we will fix it finally you will lot of ideas it's help to your career. If i send that APP to you now may will finish the project with in a day (Break your head) we will help you to fix it.,,,,

Taking risks is a part of running a business, particularly for small business owners. You take risks in product development, marketing, and advertising in order to stay competitive. Some risks are just not worth the gamble. One of these is risking the safety and health of those who work for you.
If you have any questions just drop it here wee have lot of seniors in our forum we will fix it. . .

really thanks a lot sir,
am studying on APP , its a prior project requirement and it need enhancement to fulfill safety needs according to a process or operation, and its mostly covers management part and this APP should to be implement perfectly.
really its a nice topic , but i have to complete this industrial project in two months only,
so am re considering my topic raghu ji, if possible do u suggest any good title according to the latest issues ( except behavioural concepts to prevent accidents),
but i feel to do project work in accident prevention, like high risk activities and its accident control measures, workplace accident controls techniques, ect like...
i feel sorry to distrubuing u often ji, am ready to work . i need proper guidance ji. A GENTLE PUSH IN RIGHT DIRECTION .
