Hi all,Please guide me how to handle the On Job training executives who all are working in domestic BPO and also help me with the format of OJT reports which needs to be send to the management on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Firstly prepare the Day wise schedule for the OJT, no. of days the training will be conducted, what refreshers will be conducted, no. of hrs on live calls, tape reviews, quality feedbacks, breifing & de-breifing sessions etc..
Then start working on the reports required on a daily/ weekly basis.
Daily reports could be the detail of wha was done throughout the day. Also include call monitoring scores for that day. Weekly reports could include attendance, quality reports, RAG status of exec on stability, quality, etc..
