Identifying Training Needs
We (Corporate Productivity Consulting) are into Corporate Trainings. Recently, one of our clients mentioned that she usually faces this challenge where the line managers while filling Performance Appraisal form just mention the training needs casually i.e. without much of second thought. They don’t try to assess competency gaps and thereby identify training needs. We have recently done a one day training workshop on this issue i.e. Identifying Training Needs for one of our clients.
