Hello team
I have joined an IT firm in 18th may 2016 and left the company 16th June 2016 due to the continuous rotationAL shifts. I was informed to HR and manger, my health is spoiling because of rotational day shifts.so I have informed that I am not going to provide the service with rotational night shift. They have asked me to payout the notice period. I am ready to pay as my health is important. Last one year I have sent emails about my final settlement. Last week they have sent mail I am liable to pay 11000. I didn't get even single rupee from the company. And now they are saying I am also not eligible for the shift allowance too. The 28 days which I worked at free of cost to them and top of that I have to pay 11000 due to the notice period.
Could you please guide me, am I eligible for the allowance that I should get when I am liable to pay the notice. I have all proofs in form of emails for shift timings that worked and all exit related queries, resignation emails.
