We are planning to organize an Association for "Tamil Nadu HR Professionals" by connecting all HR Professionals, across Tamil Nadu. We believe that this would be the right time to organize a forum, especially for HR professionals to get the support in the following areas.
• To identify the right people at right time – We experienced that there is a huge gap between the manpower requirement and with the available manpower resources. One side, we are still searching for the right resources to place at right time in our organisations and the other side, there is huge resources available in the market but still searching for the right to place to grow. Hence, we thought that the gap has to be reduced, the requirement and the resources has to be placed at reachable point. This forum, would support to the members to identify and connect the people at right time.
• Creation of Common E-mail Id – A common E-mail id will be created to post your requirement, whether you are looking for a resources or employment.
• To reduce the dependency of Job Portal as well as the cost of recruitment .
• Notification – Any recent notification related to HR will be shared in this forum, whether it is related to HR statutory or any news benefit to HR.
• Newsletter – Newsletter will be shared on monthly / quarterly basis
