Few Days back i have raised one question about How to keep a record of leaves of employees.:x
now i am attatching a Leave card format for keeping the records of leaves of employees.
hope that so many will make use of it. even though it is simple may be useful for all of you.
i have made a card for every employee in my company, and that employee is know how much leaves he/she can use with me. they keep it with me whenever they wnat to take a leave they take it from me.
