Dear Sir,
I work in reputed company from last 7 year 4 months but due to financial crunch company not provide salary on time basis and also deduction from last one year. Now new financial year they revised employee CTC and less amount of payment and remain amount they provide for ESHOP.
Now I had region from current employer and demand for early reliving but they dined my request. I mail to my boss my last working day and giving almost one month for handover and remain duration notice period i offer to pay basic of my salary.
I regularly followup for the amount of remain notice period and early reliving. But they didn't forward my mail to Corporate HR Team.
They want to stay and complete the notice period of 3 months.
My would be employer required reliving letter for join. Please guide want i need to do to join new employer.
