To paint our premises we have bought Thinner & Paints inside Company premises. Is there any Maharashtra Factory Section or Rule says about it's storage or handling?

There are clauses in Maharashtra Factories Rules, 1963 regarding storage of Paints... Specifically when comes to lightening protection and fire protection... Please refer the state factory rules for more details...
Apart from the same please check that whether the paints comes under the permissible limits of safe storage as per The Petroleum Act & Rules. Check with the MSDS of each paint which you want to use to categorize it under Class A, Class B, Class C and follow the specific storage and use requirements wide The Petroleum Act & Rules.
Once you refer both the above mentioned legislation's, still you need any further clarifications, please come back to the forum...
