If any employee join our organisation & his name different in Aadhar & Pan Card as compare to his Education Marksheet in 10th Class ,so being a HR what should i do for PF & ESI deduction purpose?
should i instruct change name in Aadhar & Pan as in Marksheet of 10th, kindly clear if we dont instruct to change him so will it create problem in future in withdrawal PF or Transfer?
if he is already PF member as per Aadhar Name so can we continue with his uan number will it create problem in future because Name is not matching with Marksheet?
