I am a Process Trainer from Mumbai for the last 1 and half year with Insurance background,but always had all my interest in softskills training and VnA. Now, that I have resigned from my current position, I want to persue my further career as a Softskills or VnA Trainer.
I would need some suggestion and advice from masters of this field.....
1. Which course/certification should I take up for becoming a VnA/Softskills trainer???
2. Where in Mumbai will I be able to get this certification/course???
3. Since organisation's in today's world only need experienced resourse, how can I go further to achieve my dream???
4. Furhter if I want to become a Freelance Trainer .......???
