Pls note that the Minimum Wages periods are January to June & July to December for Maharashtra State and not June 2019 to Dec. 2019 shown in your post.
July 2019 Minimum wages will publish on 5th August, 2019.

Pl. the notification available at page No.669-670 for MW applicable for tanneries. Though this is dated 2017 there is no recent notification traceable in TN govt. portal.
