I have a query regarding my QPLC.
I have a variable component in my salary package called QPLC -Quarterly Project Allowance.
For Sept2014 Payroll was the first time I received this amount in my SALARY.
But what the HR Team has done is they have basically readjusted my other allowances and created a new component called QPLC.
So end of the day, even after getting QPLC, my salary in Hand is still the same.
