Dear Sir, Under ESIC ACT 1948 esic coverd employees can take treatment any Esic hospital or Esic dispensenrt other than IP linked hospital. Thanks Narender

IP need to get treated only in ESI linked hospital else IP need to get permission to get treated in other than ESIC Hospitals from ESI Office then only IP can claim reimbursement.
