Mam i left within 22 days in training and my bank details were not updated, so no salary was credited, I joined on 16th September for 1-week virtual training and after that in the company till 14th October and 14th October, i did an on-line separation module in front of master trainer.
If they absconded me and I don't want any letter, so do I have to pay?
Earlier relieving date was — 11/1/23. Today i received mail that the last working date has been updated as 14-oct-22
On 19th received mail regarding the inquiry letter we are also aware of your resignation dated on 14 oct , please note that as per your oppointment letter where agreed at time of joining.
On 21 oct the finding of the Inquiry officer is that the charge of unauthorized absence has been proved against you and your conduct is in violation of the policies of the company. In view of your above conduct, we have decided to initiate the process of separation from company.
I received 2 envelope at present addres hard copy and 2 on home address,
and in my wipro portal its showing IT proof submission Income so far 20117 INR, I did not understand what is it. The data reflecting here per your Last payroll.
Please reply i am in tensed about the circumstances

We do not work for Wipro, so it is unlikely any CITEHR members here can help you. This is a matter you need to negotiate directly with HR at Wipro and try to resolve the issue amicably.

They have sent you a notice asking you to confirm that you resigned (I assume you didn't bother to reply)
They have sent you another letter informing you of disciplinary proceedings resulting in termination.
Have they sent you any letter asking for paying the notice pay? If not, what exactly are you worried about?

Sir what is resignation acceptance letter, is it final one, then why acceptance word is mentioned in subject, we relived you from duties and you requires no dues clearance and write a mail and obtain a letter,
Now which letter,
they also mentioned about final settlement
How to stop their post envelopes it makes me anxiously pessimistic
i just want to know that after receiving resignation letter their is nothing left to worry about right.

You have shared none of the documents and are quoting from random parts of them (and your wordings are also chaotic, so I am not able to understand clearly). How do you expect someone to give an answer when you don't even share the full details?

Who has accepted your resignation and what did they say?
Did they say you have no dues? Did they give a F&F and Relieving letter and what was the content of it?

Do you think that just because you were there for only 20 days (and in the process wasted their time, efforts as well as the fees they paid to the trainer for your training), you will go scot free? You may want someone to tell you there is nothing to worry about, but is that the reality?

I suggest you talk to a lawyer if you think there is a problem, or just pick up the phone and speak to the HR who has sent you the letter. We, as outsiders, aren't the best persons to answer what their intent is

Dear Nihal,

This is of little consequence. It says that you intended to put a certain amount in various tax saving schemes during the year. Based on that, the company computes your TDS for each month. If TDS turns out to be wrong due to the fact that you gave a wrong figure WIPRO would be required to pay a penalty, so they say they will recover that from you.

Since you left the job during the year, it would make little difference. But the company will always protect its interest, so it needs the declaration in that manner
