SWOT analysis while selecting a candidiate may do a great help. SWOT of hiring the candidates must be analysed, because one's strengths and weaknesses may become asset or burden to organisation. Ergo, this must be meticulously observed at the time of interview. With this end in view, the following things may be assessed :
1) Past achievements
2) Credibility
3) Commottmet to work
4) Apathy
5) Most importantly his / her ATTITUDE
