I am in telecom based organisation where employee strength is more than 40 and that is newly established company. My directors are not included in employees list, today my director told me that please include me in employees list.... is it possible or not, if possible then how?, if not then Why?,
Remember i have already submit PF contribution of my employees excluding directors name.... and this is two months old pvt. ltd. company....
Please guide me what can i do for the same....
