Dear Seniors,
I am again here with a query.
I would like to know what is the procedure to terminate someone on disciplinary grounds where the person has conducted some misbehavior which is highly unacceptable and forgiving that can result in display of same behavior by other employees. (During one of our projects, one female employee let her boyfriend come at the site of project & let him stay at the company hotel in her room (without permission from senior authorities, as nobody supposed to call their spouses/boyfriend/girlfriend without permission/invitation from HR/or reporting authority)).
Or, if there is any other punishment that we can give to that employee if not termination. Kindly help.
Thanks & regards

Dear shruts_del, You should issue a showcause letter to the employee and ask for a proper explanation from her

Dear shruts,
1) talk to her about issue (his misbehavior)
2)Take a issue to your senior authorities then
3) go for show-cause notice letter or final warning letter
and Keep a notice board at Ur work place

Dear Chanakya & aparajitaaks,
Thanks for your reply.
My senior is also aware of this.
I am concerned about how should I proceed for her termination and/or if there is anything we can do, if not termination.
Also, we appraised her just last month for her good work.
Will her termination just after appraisal create any unrest in employees?
I do not have experience of dealing such matters as I am a fresher. Kindly advice.
