The Search for the Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine (LDGM) is an experiential program based on a business simulation. It is designed to be an engaging session, focused on discovering effective collaboration and productivity-driven behavior aimed at front line to top management of all departments.

Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine program is conducted by Dr. Scott Simmerman, Founder and Managing Partner of Performance Management Company and creator of world-class team development, training and organizational development tools. Dr. Scott Simmerman is a distinguished keynote speaker, conference speaker, workshop and seminar leader and professional facilitator. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators and has delivered keynotes and presentations to audiences in over 30 countries.
Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine simulates the setting of the wilderness where Dutchman participants’ must get to the mine and Mine as much Gold as they can and return home.
The situations that arise are designed to apply directly to real-time workplace situations. The participants then can relate to and apply the learning from the simulation to the workplace. All along the final conclusions, the participants of the program have been observed to - think and reflect, evaluate situations, value relationships between departments, promote interdependence, appreciate roles, maximize ROI and more.
