Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

We don't have any hierarchy for HR department. Only one person is handling all activities related to HR and Administration. Hiring, onboarding, training, statutory compliances of company, Payroll, exit formalities etc.

Which designation should be given to that person if he or she is doing all HR functions from last 7 years in the same company.

Thank you

Whether the organisation is big or small, there should be structure, hierarchy for better and smoother operation. Reporting style should be incorporated. HR should report to whom, should be clearly defined. When it comes to designation, again, there should be a logical pattern, based on role and responsibilities.

Best wishes

Hello,

She is directly reporting to the CEO and solely handling HR, admin and finance related duties from last seven years. Please suggest what title or designation is suitable in this case.

Thank you !
