1) 5S
2) 3 M elimination
3) ISO/TS
4) Is it clear to others, specially the top management, why DWM (Daily Work management) is being done; so also is it clear to others?
5) What are teh current problems -Is retainment a issue/
6)whether improvment projects are not taking off or not successful?
Answer to this is esssential before you start attempting DWM.
