To know the minimum wage rate in Maharashtra, you need to know two things. One is, the schedule industry in which you fall and second one is, the zone under which your factory / establishment is located.
There are total 67 schedule industries in Maharashtra to which the minimum wage Act is applicable and three zones. The rate of minimum wages is different in each industry and in each zone.
You are in need of the rates from 2010 onwards. The rate constitute Basic and Special Allowance. There is a change in Special Allowance in every January and July. During last 8 years time, there must be a change in Basic too. One has to work this, You need to hire someone to get this details.
