I am the Founder - President of an association related to Economic Development for Women Group. Association age is 6 years old. We formed a Committee for Sexual Harassment issues. we need standard format for issuing summon to the respondent and other witnesses, admitting complaints and acknowledge the same.and letter to police station to file F.I.R. which admissible by The sexual Harassment Law 2013.
Please guide us to perform well to the Association.
