Hi Aarti,
I have completed the same course last year. It is kind of a crash course forced to fed in a short time. The books are good and informative. In brief, people do this to add the XLRI tag in their resume.

Hello Aarti,
Please ask yourself, why do you want to do this course?
a) If it's for Knowledge enhancement: For sure the course, study materials and the insights shared by best professors would help you to gain more knowledge. You have to be dedicated to learn in depth concepts during the short time (6 months).
b) If you think this certificate alone will bring more opportunities and better pay in the market, then it's not exactly true. I have done similar course from premier institute and added in my resume. The recruiters asks whether it's a virtual course of full time campus course.
Nowadays, most of the working professionals are taking up these virtual courses expecting the same outcome as "studying full time in the premier institute campus". The reality is it will boost your level of knowledge and may give some marginal opportunities.
However, employers knows the difference between virtual course and full time course and the price to pay for it.
So, good luck.
