Iam working as an HR in Restaurants Industry fand i am new to the same.
I just want to understand the concept of changes in minimum wages act as i am quiet unaware of the same.
if the Basic plus Da for the cleaner as per the minimum wages act is Basic: 10010 rs and VDA is 1785.60 rs then how should I input the salary in the payroll ????
Please kindly help me out on the same.
