Dear all,
please post your valuable points regarding this situation:
A member has nominated his 1st wife for pension before his death but she died before him.
After that member got married again and died, left behind 2nd wife and 4 children (2 from each wife) but he could not change old nomination which in favor of his 1st wife.
now I gave advise to members' 2nd wife to get a legal hier certificate for pension claim as well as invalidate the old nomination.
please tell me if I am doing the rite process ???

Hi, Yes. Legal Heir certificate is very much required indicating the nominees name. She need to fill and submit Pension forms and Bank details.
