We come accross one case, Women already geting a pension from her employer after retirement. Now her husband is expired due to bad health. So she will be eligible for widow EPF pension as her only daughter is completed 25 years of age ? if yes She need to open a different penstion account in bank or can continue same.

Whatever benefits avail from EPF are the returns on the contributions made on behalf of a member. Accordingly if an EPF member dies, the widow / widower will get pension in addition to other pensions. Therefore apply for widow pension on form 10 D.
