Hi !
Recently i had given my interview at NTT DATA. I really love this company.
I got selected in all the rounds. But they are delaying in releasing the offer letter. I've asked them. They are saying that "the project is on hold, Please wait we'll inform you very soon".
It's been 22 days from that day. Is it believable ? What should i do now ?
Please give your suggestions.

Dear Vamshi,
Do you have any other option in your hand ? Anyhow, nothing stops you from applying to other roles. It could possibly be that the firm needs more time. However, it would get you on the strong note, if you utilise this time , rather than waiting for them.
Wish you all the best. May the best opportunity find you !

Dear Vanshi,, (Cite Contribution) has given you sound advice. I am rather surprised at your impatience. Please see https://www.citehr.com/461796-proble...ml#post2060337 to see how long it took Canara Bank to give job offer after exams and interviews.

We cannot demand offer letter as a right. The reason given by the company is reasonable. This kind of situation can happen to any organization.Be patient and try for other jobs.Do not get panic.

While agreeing with the comments of members; I must add that there is wisdom in the old saying - "Do not count your chicken before they hatch !!" ; and the other equally wise one goes like; ".. there are many a slip between the cup and the lip...."
Quite often; HRs avoid conveying the bad news; in the hope that after some time the candidate will understand and stop enquiring - a nasty practice that i do not approve of.
You may not like to hear this; and I hope this is not the situation; I would still suggest you keep exploring and looking for other opportunities; rather than letting yourself getting stuck on this one.
Warm regards.

I agree with Mr. Raj Kumar, and further to this you should wait for offer letter or otherwise you should seek an other opportunity or concentrate on your job if you already have. It is purely prerogative of the entrepreneur to offer the job and you don't have any right in this regard.

Dear Vamsi,
It is completely company\'s choice to release the job offer as per their business requirements. You should not be very aggressive and pressurizing them on the subject. If you temper them frequently, they may not take cognizance of your calls, emails further. The position may go on hold or for (s) reasons. I advice you to look for other options and keep it aside. In case they come across the requirement they would call you.

Well, this happens but you do not need to worry and concentrate on your current job as there may be lot of reasons for delaying the offer letter. If they send you the offer then good otherwise be calm and focus on your work and look for some other opportunity comes in your way.
