My name is Rajat...Recently I have completed my MBA in marketing specialisation and working with Reliance Communication as a sales executive...I am worried about my carrer for future...I am planning for further studies but that should be one click exams....as i get through with exam i should possesed with certified person in that subject....as advertisement or marketing management...etc...

Nice to be concerned about future and plan for it. Sales executive is not a bad job at all i think you are worried being a sales executive, You have to learn from the scratch. That always helps, you will realize the value of this later.
Now coming to you question, First think what you want to be???
Advertising, Mark comm, MR, there are lot many, I know since i am MBA MARKETING.
This is a tough world to survive so better know what you know and know what you want to be in the next 5 years and plan according to it.
Reliance is not a small company as well, The opportunity to grow may be slow but you have the opportuinty to learn a loads of stuff better way to do is assist your boss in everything you can, If you want to learn.
Planning to do a course is a good idea. Think, research and execute the plans.

I read your suggesstion to Mr. Rajat and found inspirable. Since you also from Marketing, I would like to take guidelines from you, pls suggest :-
I am an MBA Markenting qualified in 2007. When I was in last semester, I got a job in a Construction Company in Administration dept. Worked there for 3 years and then joined a manufacturing company in Admin dept. Now here also have completed 2 & 1/2 years. But, now I feel myself depressed thinking that being an MBA not having a good working profile and renumeration. Heartly want to join Marketing, but from where should start don't know. please help me in this regard.
