Dear patrons, My company crossed 500+ strength and thus the inspector of factories told to appoint a welfare officer as per rule 76B of AP&TS factory rules.
Now i need to issue an appointment letter. I need a sample of an appointment letter in this regard.

In most companies, the format of the appointment letter is standardised. The contents of the appointment letter do not vary as per the designation. At best, there can be two formats of appointment letters, one for the senior management personnel and the others. Therefore, you may keep the format of the appointment letter the same as you would have issued to any other manager. However, if you wish, then you may add "Duties and Responsibilities" as an appendix of this letter.
