Hi, Is there some system that blocks me from employment? I am being rejected by all or most employers mentioning that there are others who are more suited for the job position although my profile is impressive due to having very highly competitive market demand. I am completely jobless for the past 5 to 8 years. Can some human resources please help me answer to this ordeal which is keeping from landing in a proper job position?
