i want to ask about work timings in bpo outsourcing for hr and another question is bpo outsourcing is working days in sunday? because in bpos sunday is closed.

HR-timings : in any company or organization the hr work is same and there is no fix timings for them its totally depends on work load generally 9.30 to 6.30pm.
BPO: will work on Sunday also expect the non voice process but it should be depends no of calls are receiving and going. there should proper research on the same.
