Acording to supreme court judegement, a total sum paid to workmen should be considered for minimum wages.Whatever other components such as hra, conveyance and special allowanc paid by the employer are to be taken into consideration for fullfilling minimum wages. Hence hra should be taken into consideration for meeting minimum wages.
