The comments made to the very extent its true ,but not always ..its all depends up on which industry you are working and also the size of the company If you are working for an IT company ..most of the time HR is free atleast 4 hrs a day that time what will an HR do ? can he sleep ? or can he go and talk to a Software developer who is busy coding ?
But company wants HR personals ? such things do happen
but somebody said HR behave rudely and keep complaining about others
this is very very true in fact they have forgotten that they were suppose to be friendly with everyone

comn guys that was just a message that he wrote now i guess he understood what HR ppl do in office n all his confusions n misunderstandings are over. but its true one shud not mess wid HR ppl always miantainn good relation bcz they knw what u want n ur requirements. n do different activities to reduce ur stress and motivate u all. remember nobody's job is less than others but the way u look at others its different.
